Cruse Tradition Rose (2021 Base)

The 2021 vintage is barrel fermented and tirage bottled. 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay, it was aged on lees, in bottle for 28 months before disgorgement, and dosed at 6 g/L.

The wine is a classic sparkling rosé with rich, roasted strawberries and cream. The sunshine and ripeness is there, as is the forest floor Pinot Noir character. The finish is long, with a tangy, briny acidity.
