2023 Eaglepoint Sparkling White Zinfandel

Zinfandel from the organic Eaglepoint vineyard, high above the valley of Ukiah. The grapes were macerated for a few hours then fermented slowly before bottling. The wine was riddled and disgorged. 

The White Zin is a light rosé with a soft, gentle mousse. The prettiest, most accessible and drinkable sparkling wine we make. The nose of black pepper and strawberries carry sunny, beach day vibes to a palate that is full-bodied and fruity. Plenty of salty, grapefruit and tangerine flavors close out a thirst-quenching palate.
